Scope:
1. Drive customer delivery as first and always priority #1
2. Deliver continuous improvement operational and financial (P&L) for the site
3. Streamline business operations, ensuring quality control, optimizing supply chain logistics,
and manage budgets and forecasts
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Ensure timely and quality product delivery to Customers
2. Increase quality delivery experience to our customers
3. Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
4. Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
5. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
6. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
7. Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
8. Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
9. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives
and apply improvements
10. Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
11. Formulate Site planning and operational objectives
12. Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
13. Manage budgets and forecasts
14. Recruit, train and supervise staff
15. Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Proven experience as Operations Manager or equivalent position
2. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
3. Outstanding communication and people skills
4. Outstanding manufacturing and machine tool knowledges
5. Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
6. In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance,
customer service etc.)
7. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
8. Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)
9. BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
